1. About KODOKU
KODOKU is a conversational and emotional support platform designed to help users connect, express themselves, and engage in meaningful conversations. It does NOT provide medical, psychiatric, or crisis‑support services.
2. Eligibility

KODOKU is intended for casual conversation and emotional companionship only. It does NOT provide medical advice, psychological treatment, therapy, emergency assistance, or crisis intervention. Seek professional help if you are in distress.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant KODOKU a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to store, process, display, moderate, and improve the Service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Privacy
Your use of KODOKU is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may collect limited information such as device info, usage analytics, account details, and chat metadata. We do not sell your personal information.
8. AI & Automated Responses
Some responses may be generated by automated systems. Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contain errors. Do not rely on the app for professional, legal, financial, or medical advice.
9. Subscription & Payments
Certain features require payment or subscription. By purchasing, you authorize the app store to charge your account, fees may renew automatically unless canceled, and refunds are subject to the store’s policy. Prices may change.
10. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, visuals, designs, and software are the property of KODOKU. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without permission.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or restrict access for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior. Users may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
KODOKU is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, KODOKU shall not be liable for emotional distress, data loss, indirect damages, service interruptions, user‑generated content, or third‑party actions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the app or on our official website/blog. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
