These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the KODOKU mobile application ("App"), our website, and any related services (collectively, "Services") owned and operated by MSC Corp ("we," "us," or "our").

By installing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and User Accounts

To use KODOKU, you must be at least 12 years of age. By creating an account (which may involve signing in through Google authentication), you represent that you meet this age requirement. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Description of Services

KODOKU is a digital conversational platform offering simulated supportive AI personas. The app is intended for emotional comfort, journaling, distraction, and entertainment.

Important Disclaimer: KODOKU does NOT provide medical, clinical, psychological, or crisis therapy. Our personas are not qualified professionals. If you are experiencing mental health emergencies, clinical distress, or self-harm thoughts, you must contact professional clinical services or local emergency lines.

3. Purchases and Digital Tokens

We offer virtual in-app goods, specifically "Chat Tokens" and premium pack upgrades, which allow users to access premium personas or extend their conversation history.

• Pricing: Pricing for token packs is displayed transparently inside the App and on our pricing page. All transactions are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) or your localized store currency. Prices are subject to change.
• Payment Processing: Transactions are completed securely through authorized payment gateway partners. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.
• Delivery of Digital Assets: Upon verification of payment, digital tokens and packages are credited to your active user account instantly.
• Non-Transferability: Tokens are virtual assets linked to your specific account. They have no real cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold to other users.

4. User Conduct

By using our Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of local laws.
• Engage in automated scraping, data extraction, or reverse engineering of the App or conversational systems.
• Submit harmful, offensive, abusive, or copyright-infringing content through chat prompts.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or user accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, text, graphics, logos, persona details, and branding associated with KODOKU and MSC Corp are the exclusive property of MSC Corp and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and run the App for personal use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MSC Corp and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from (i) your access to or use of the Services, (ii) any content exchanged through the conversational platform, or (iii) any payment transaction failures.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal actions, disputes, or claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make updates, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Continued use of KODOKU after terms have changed constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.
