This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to purchases of digital goods and services made on the KODOKU mobile application (operated by MSC Corp).

1. Shipping of Physical Goods

KODOKU is a digital conversational platform offering simulated supportive AI personas. We do not sell, package, ship, or deliver any physical products. Therefore, there are no physical shipping procedures, delivery tracking numbers, shipping costs, customs duties, or physical courier services associated with our products.

2. Digital Delivery & Fulfillment

All purchases made through our mobile application (such as Chat Token packs or premium profile upgrades) represent entirely digital virtual goods:

• Delivery Mechanism: Upon successful authorization of payment by our secure payment gateway partners, the digital token packages are automatically and programmatically credited to the user account profile that is logged in.
• Delivery Timeline: The delivery of digital tokens is instantaneous (typically within 1 to 5 seconds from the moment of payment approval).
• Verification of Delivery: You can verify that your purchase was successfully delivered by checking the token balance counter displayed at the top or within the chat settings screen in the KODOKU App.

3. Delivery Failures & Resolution

In rare instances, network latency or server sync errors may cause a slight delay in the digital delivery of your tokens:

• Please allow up to 15 minutes for the server to process the payment confirmation and sync with your app client.
• If your tokens have not been credited after 15 minutes, please try restarting the App while connected to a stable internet connection.
• If the tokens still do not show in your account, please email our support team at abhaytiwari037@gmail.com with your transaction ID and receipt. Our technical team will manually verify the gateway log and credit your account or process a refund within 24-48 hours.
